DZWON
The "Dzwon" Choral Society was founded on January 1, 1919, in Orzesze, becoming the city’s first socio-cultural organization. Since its rebirth after World War II, the choir has been uniting generations through song and passion.
The ensemble has performed on local stages as well as abroad. A point of particular pride was their participation in the grand mass choir that welcomed Pope John Paul II with song at the Muchowiec airport in 1983, under the baton of choirmaster Mieczysław Dzieńdziel.
Today, the "Dzwon" Choral Society is a musical family of over 40 members, led by conductor Martyna Rim. With
a rich repertoire of both secular and sacred music, the choir has won numerous competitions and continues to foster a multi-generational community. Operating under the Municipal Cultural Center in Orzesze, the group remains a vibrant musical collective that spreads positive energy. To us, singing is a passion, a love, and a way of life.
