The choir was founded in September 2023 and consists of choral singing enthusiasts, passionate musicians who meet after work or study hours, as well as students of various specialties of the Academy of Music. So among us there are mathematicians, teachers, music therapists, composers, and an architect. We are united by
a common passion and the desire to perform straight from the heart - as the name of our choir suggests.

From the very beginning, we had the idea of sharing music and the joy it gives us with everyone - including those who, for various reasons, cannot go to concerts on their own. With our concerts, we reached such places as the Upper Silesian Rehabilitation Center in Repty Śląskie, the house of the Bethlehem Association in Jaworzno for people recovering from the homelessness crisis, the "Cordis'' Hospice in Katowice and the "Pomocna Dłoń" Social Welfare Home in Bytom. Our singing could also be heard in the Museum in Tarnowskie Góry, in the Cultural and Grzegorz Gorczycki Educational Center in Bytom, on the stage of the Polish Theater in Bielsko-Biała and at the Academy of Music. Our activities so far, although short in time, are quite intense thanks to the energy that each member of "Concentus ex animo" brings and which we love to share with our listeners.
